Spring has arrived at Brasserie du Loup, and we’re celebrating with the queen of seasonal vegetables: asparagus! Our spring menu highlights this delicious ingredient in refined, flavorful dishes. From classic Flemish-style asparagus to creamy soups or delicate pairings with fish – every plate is a tribute to the freshness of the season. Come and taste the spring!
We pride ourselves on working with the best products and can offer you a balanced menu between fish ( trout, sole, King cod, fresh tartare of salmon and scallops), shellfish (Canadian lobster, Oysters) or meat with fresh tartare, BWB filet, Simmental filet or a delicious Entrecote Charolaise.
And yes, indulge even with our homemade Sabayon.

Enjoy delicious pizzas baked on a wood fire, fresh pastas prepared with love, and crispy salads full of flavour.
Le Jardin du Renard is open daily from noon to 6 pm. You can enjoy oven-fresh wood-fired pizza, pastas and salads. Would you rather enjoy our dishes at home? Our take-away is available from 12 noon to 6 pm.
Stop by Le Jardin for a quick bite after a long walk or bike trip.

As everything is fresh and prepared on site, you may have to wait for a while ( between 5 and 30 min ). You can have a drink in our outdoor bar at any time. For large orders, please let us know in time.

Dogs are very welcome in our hotel. Houffalize is the perfect place for a well-deserved holiday for you and your four-legged friend. We would like to inform you of the rules that apply to staying with a dog
Please read these rules carefully when making the reservation or when you travel to the hotel.
Check in time starts at 3 PM. If you arrive earlier, we cannot guarantee your room but we will do our best to provide you the room if available.
Check out is maximum at 11 AM. In case you need to stay longer, please see with receptions desk. I surcharge is possible.
Brasserie du Loup is open from 12 to 10 PM Between 12h and 17h00, you can choose a light lunch (small menu) and from 18h to 22h30, you can enjoy our extensive menu with seasonal dishes.
Depending on the weather conditions, dinner and or lunch can be taken in the garden.
Our Wellness
We offer a Hamman, Sauna and Jacuzzi.
The wellness is accessible from 4 PM to 9 PM. In case you want to reserve the wellness privately, this can be done from 09 AM to 03 PM and needs to be reserved at the reception or requested by mail. The cost is 80 Euro for 2 hours.
At Hotel du Commerce, we strive to provide an enjoyable stay for all our guests. To ensure the quality and cleanliness of our rooms and facilities, we apply the following rules regarding damage and disturbances.
1. Smoking in the room – Strictly prohibitedOur hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking in the room is strictly forbidden. If we detect that smoking has occurred (e.g., through odor or cigarette butts), we will have to carry out an extensive cleaning process, which includes:
- Removing and cleaning covers, pillows, and bedspreads
- Using special products to refresh the room
An immediate fee of €350 will be charged to cover these additional cleaning costs.
Guests are expected to use the room responsibly. If we detect any damage or stains due to improper use, additional charges will be applied to cover the necessary repairs or cleaning, including:
- Extra cleaning
- Repainting
- Repairs to furniture or appliances
- Replacement of damaged items
The exact costs will be determined based on the extent of the damage. This list is not exhaustive.
3. Disturbances and complaints from other guestsIf complaints arise due to disturbances or inappropriate behavior and we must provide a commercial compensation to affected guests, these costs will be fully charged to the responsible party.
