Brasserie du Loup
Let yourself be tempted by the flavors of winter and game, with refined dishes featuring venison, wild boar, pheasant, hare, and delicious slow-cooked stews. In addition, enjoy our homemade pizzas with a seasonal touch, along with a carefully selected range of local cheeses that pair perfectly with every dish.
Of course, our traditional menu also remains, with exceptional cuts of meat such as Belgian Blanc Bleu and Simmental filet, papillote of zander, as well as oysters, lobster, and our famous sweetbread croquettes.
We enjoyed a delicious 3-course dinner at Brasserie du Loup with a group of four. The meal started with a terrine of smoked salmon and scallops, followed by a perfectly cooked sole served with fries and fresh vegetables. The meal was perfectly complemented by a delightful white wine.
