Some of our game dishes are still available, while stocks last. In addition, you can fully enjoy our brasserie menu, featuring well-loved classics and seasonal suggestions.
From April onwards, we will once again be serving our homemade pizzas with a seasonal touch, along with a carefully selected range of local cheeses that pair perfectly with every dish.
You will also find exceptional cuts of meat such as Blanc Bleu Belge and Simmental fillet, a delicate pike-perch en papillote, as well as oysters, lobster, and the famous Werftje shrimp croquettes.
We enjoyed a delicious 3-course dinner at Brasserie du Loup with a group of four. The meal started with a terrine of smoked salmon and scallops, followed by a perfectly cooked sole served with fries and fresh vegetables. The meal was perfectly complemented by a delightful white wine.
