New concept from March 16 – Lava Stone Grill
From March 16, we are proud to present our renewed menu, featuring the Lava Grill as its highlight. Over authentic lava stone fire, we prepare top-quality meats such as O’Sullivan Tache Noir Hipang, Côte à l’os boeuf Artis Holstein and Noix d’entrecôte boeuf Artis – pure, bold and perfectly grilled.
Fish lovers can also indulge in salmon, nobashi prawns, gamba, lobster and locally sourced trout prepared in the traditional way. We also offer a selection of flavorful vegetarian dishes.
Finish your dining experience with a delightful dessert such as Triple Callebaut chocolate mousse, fresh apple pie or a delicious moelleux. The perfect finale? A local cheese platter from our fromagerie
